2020/03: COVID-19 pandemic

Dear clients and partners,
The current situation with the COVID-19 pandemic raises many concerns and we would like to inform you about the situation at GESERCO.
- To reduce as much as possible physical contacts and virus propagation, all our office personnel is now teleworking from home. They have full access to our IT system and resources and can handle any query you may have.
- Our product support team remains available through e-mail at firstname.lastname@example.org or telephone to answer your questions.
- To date, our workshop remains fully operational. We have implemented all personal safety instructions from the French Government and our technicians are at work. We have stock and are able to process your orders for analysis kits and instruments, replenishments and spare parts.
- Our logistics contractors have informed us that we may expect degraded operating conditions of their networks. We then recommend that you consider extended transportation times and delays when placing your orders.
We will keep you informed of any evolution of our operational condition in the coming times.
