Meet the team at GESERCO - Meet Manon, Sales Administration Manager

We are delighted to spotlight Manon, who plays a key role in our mission to provide lubricant condition monitoring solutions to our clients. We had the opportunity to ask her a few questions about her work and the role she is passionate about.

• Can you tell us about your role at GESERCO and your responsibilities within the team?

“I joined GESERCO in 2016 as a Sales and Purchasing Administration Assistant. In 2018, I evolved into the role of Sales Administration Manager.
My role is to supervise all operations related to the management and administration of sales contracts from order registration to delivery to the customer.
I ensure good communication within the sales department as well as with the other departments of GESERCO to ensure a smooth and efficient service to our clients.”

• What qualities are required to successfully carry out your mission?

“The qualities required for this position are rigor, adaptability, and responsiveness. Good listening is also essential to provide accurate information to both clients and teams so that each project is completed under favorable conditions.”

• What aspect of your work at GESERCO do you find most rewarding?

“At GESERCO, we have the opportunity to take care of each client, each project with special attention, and thus provide the best possible service to the client. Working in such a structure allows you to understand and see the result of each action taken and measure its impact.”

• Can you tell us about a particularly memorable project or moment since you joined GESERCO?

“In collaboration with the Sales Director and the R&D department, we worked on several projects with the French Navy. We developed analysis kits specific to their needs. In 2023, we deployed the first systems resulting from this long-standing partnership.”
