The GESERCO Water on oil + BN Test Kit is a true portable lubricant analysis mini laboratory.

The Water In Oil + BN kit is a stand-alone solution designed for monitoring up to 4 important characteristics of the lubricant on the engine operation site:

Rapid Oil Test Gauge

The GESERCO Water In Oil + BN test kit incorporates the new Rapid Oil Test Gauge, a documenting tester which not only provides fast, simple, accurate results for Water in Oil and Base Number (BN) but also makes it easier to monitor the condition of used oils over time.

Viscosity

ViscoTest™ enables quick and easy comparison of the viscosity of used oil with new oil. Thanks to the green / yellow / red scale interpretation of this comparison is immediate.

Made from high-strength polyamide, it is extremely robust against impact and chemical attack, and its design makes it very easy to clean and maintain.

Sea Water Detection

Ce test utilise une méthode réactive : un échantillon d'huile à tester est dilué avec une solution qui capture tous les chlorures présents dans l'huile.

Une goutte est ensuite déposée sur un papier réactif qui change de couleur en fonction de la teneur en chlorures, donc de la présence d'eau de mer.

La comparaison du papier réactif avec une planche de référence permet de déterminer la teneur en chlorures en G NaCI par litre.
